You have 30 days to return an item back to us for a refund. If the item is received within 14 days of the receiving date, a full refund, less a $12 restocking fee, will be issued to the original form of payment. Any returns made 14-30 days after the receiving date will be issued an online credit. This credit will be emailed to the email address listed on your product return slip. Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within TWO days upon receipt. If you receive an item that is the wrong size and would like to exchange it, please go ahead and order the correct size and send the incorrect size back for a full refund, less a $6 return shipping fee. You may not return any FINAL SALE item, special ordered items, leggings, belts and headbands. All items purchased on Sales, Clearance, Flash Sales, and any discounts 20% or higher are all FINAL SALE! All item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tags attached and scent free when returned. Send your package back to us using any shipping carrier you prefer. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non refundable
INSPIRE ships everything via USPS. All items should be received within 2-4 business days. As soon as your items are packaged, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Once USPS has posted DELIVERED, the package is under your responsibility. INSPIRE is not an affiliation with the USPS and is not responsible for theft or a misplaced package.
